Hand picked and destemmed. Cold soaked for three days, followed by spontaneous and natural fermentation. Plunged by hand for maximum flavor and textural development. Matured for 18 months in French oak.
Aromas of cherry, red berry fruits with a toasty oak background. More structural than most Marlborough Pinot but balanced with a delicate acidity.
Drinking well now.
Un-fined and unfiltered.
